Description
A quick, easy, and incredibly delicious flatbread pizza with spicy Buffalo chicken, gooey mozzarella, and a cool blue cheese drizzle.

- 2 large flatbreads or naan (about 14.5 oz total)
- 2 teaspoons light olive oil
- 1 ½ cups diced cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
- ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ⅓ cup creamy blue cheese dressing
- ⅓ cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbreads on a large baking sheet.
- Pre-Bake Crust: Brush the tops of the flatbreads with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes until lightly crisped.
- Mix Topping: In a medium bowl, toss the diced cooked chicken with the Buffalo wing sauce until evenly coated.
- Assemble: Remove the flatbreads from the oven. Spread the Buffalo chicken mixture evenly over each flatbread. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake: Return the flatbreads to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden.
- Finish & Serve: Remove from the oven. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing and sprinkle with sliced green onions. Slice and serve immediately.
