  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced or shredded
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Prep: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbreads on a large baking sheet.
  • Crisp the Crust: Brush the tops of the flatbreads lightly with olive oil.
  • Assemble: Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce evenly over each flatbread. Top with a layer of fresh spinach, followed by the cooked chicken.
  • Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are golden and crisp.
