Instructions
- Prep the spinach: Boil for 1 minute, drain, cool, and squeeze out excess water. Chop finely.
- Make the base: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and seasoned salt until smooth.
- Add spinach and cheese: Fold in chopped spinach and half the cheddar until evenly combined.
- Bake it up: Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheddar, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Decorate: Once slightly cooled, press crackers upright for tombstones and sprinkle with black olives and parsley for spooky flair.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with breadsticks or extra crackers — perfect for dipping and chilling with your Halloween guests!
