Instructions

  • Prep the spinach: Boil for 1 minute, drain, cool, and squeeze out excess water. Chop finely.
  • Make the base: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and seasoned salt until smooth.
  • Add spinach and cheese: Fold in chopped spinach and half the cheddar until evenly combined.
  • Bake it up: Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheddar, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Decorate: Once slightly cooled, press crackers upright for tombstones and sprinkle with black olives and parsley for spooky flair.
